Shipping policy

If required, Shipping will incur an additional cost and will be added to your total bill at checkout.

Shipping costs will be dependent on your location and level of service requested.

When the package includes your frame, we will send all goods via a tracked and insured service. A signature will be required from recipient of package. A telephone number and email address will be required by the carrier to ensure correct delviery of your package.

Goods will be sent to address supplied by customer and any instuctions for delivery in event of customer not present will be supplied by the customer. We are unable to indemnify against fraudulent interception of your goods by means of another person recieving and signing for your package at the delivery address you have supplied to us for the purposes of shipping.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time but in any case will be in line with the advertised rates of the carrier chosen plus 10% for admin and packaging materials.

Domestic UK Shipping

Goods valued above £50.00 or Packages including your frames.

We will use Royal Mail "Special Delivery" at cost plus 10% for administration and packaging materials.

Goods valued under £50.00 and Packages not including your frames.

In cases where the value of the goods is low (such as loose screws, spare temple tips, etc.) we will waive the shipping fee altogether. It will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post.

International Orders

Within E.U.

Shipping will be sent via Royal Mail here in the U.K. and passed to an affiliate in your country. We will use a fully tracked and insured service for all goods.

If you require a different carrier, we will provide a quote for this service.

U.S.A.

In our experience, USPS offers the most reliable and most cost effective way of sending goods however lead time is often longer. If using this service then it is not possible to send to a mailbox address.

If requested, we will send via your preferred carrier at cost.

Rest of World

Where possible, we will use an overland postal service but where not possible, and upon request, we will use the carrier of your choice and this will be charged at cost.
